We provide payment solutions for complex, high-volume payouts, and related AI/data processing products and services.

• You provide: name, work email, company, role, form/survey inputs.
• Automatic: device/browser data, cookies or similar technologies, general location, interaction and campaign data.
• Derived: internal metrics and outputs we generate (which may include AI/ML).

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve our sites and services; deliver content and demos you request; secure and maintain our systems; communicate with you (service messages and—if you opt in—marketing); perform research and analytics; and support business operations.

Analytics, aggregation, and derived data

We may analyze, aggregate, de-identify, synthesize, or otherwise transform information to create insights and data products (including synthetic/model-generated data) for internal use or external programs and commercial offerings. These outputs are designed not to reveal personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers and partners that help us operate our services. We may provide aggregated, de-identified, or derived outputs to third parties. We do not disclose personal information in a way that identifies you unless we have a lawful basis.

Confidentiality & NDA

By providing information to us (for example, submitting forms, requesting access, participating in pilots, or using magic-link authentication), you acknowledge and agree to our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If you require a mutual NDA or a countersigned copy, please contact us.

The NDA permits limited 1:1 sharing for the evaluation purpose under equivalent confidentiality obligations and prohibits public disclosure without our prior written consent. See details in the NDA page linked above.

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing at any time. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to certain processing by contacting privacy@veritglobal.com.

Transfers, retention, security

Information may be processed where we or our providers operate. We retain information as needed for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it.

Surveys

We occasionally run surveys (including our mini checkup and the longer payout accuracy & control checkup). Participation is voluntary. We use responses to produce aggregated insights, improve our products, and identify potential pilot candidates. Contact details you provide for follow-ups or gift cards are used for that purpose and handled under this Privacy Policy. Go to the survey.

• Eligibility and rewards (e.g., gift cards) may change at our discretion.
• Referrals are intended for people at other organizations (different email domain).
• We may update or discontinue any survey at any time; the latest version posted here governs.

Age & Children

Our services and surveys are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16 (or the age of majority where you live). If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

NDA updates

We may update our NDA from time to time. The version posted at /about/nda is the current version and governs new disclosures. If we make material changes, we may provide a notice (for example, a banner on the site). Your continued access to private or gated materials after the updated NDA is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
